TRANSFORMATION

Transformation requires a spiritual autopsy – a meticulous examination of your life to ascertain the source of your soul’s suffocation; a complete excavation; a conscious unearthing of suppressed shadows, past trauma, guilt and shame. Transformation requires bravely diving into your own dark abyss; courageously facing and taming your own self-created beasts; and daringly standing in your own truth and authentic power. Transformation requires painstaking self-examination, self-confrontation and unconditional self-acceptance. Transformation is a perilous journey as it forces complete surrender and complete ego death with the divine promise of a beautiful rebirth.

Transformation commands the violent collision of one’s ego and soul - a fierce, fated battle for one’s destiny. Ego demands security, status, prestige, success and wealth; the soul demands a conscious awakening, a complete recognition of the higher self and divine calling. As the battle rages for one’s destiny, the battlefield is left littered with countless casualties and landmines. The ego strategically plants debilitating seeds of fear, self-doubt, self-comparison, guilt, shame, scarcity, envy and greed; the soul systematically destabilizes and destroys all foundations in misalignment with one’s highest calling – leaving one broken, bruised, bloodied and battle-weary. These two titans, the ego and the soul, battle to the death; destroying everything in their paths with the sole purpose of unilateral destiny domination. Each tactically setting fire to the life that was; a raging fire that eclipses all light, leaving one fully engulfed in the ashes of infinite darkness. It is only in complete darkness that one is forcibly compelled to search for the light – the North Star beckoning one to its destiny.

It is in the depths of our own darkness that we are confronted with our shadows, our self-created demons, our destructive programming, our trauma, guilt and shame. Transformation necessitates a reckoning; an intense purging; an exorcism of all self-limiting beliefs, patterns and behaviors. Destructive programming is a ferocious cancer, metastasizing its tentacles to every cell in our being; slowly destroying our connection to our higher self, to our higher calling. Self-created demons and beasts generate endless illusions of danger – illusions that trigger our instinctual fight or flight reflex – leaving us disempowered and disillusioned. Past trauma distorts our vision – forcibly filtering every experience, every encounter, every conversation through the same obscured, jaded lens. Guilt and shame covertly infiltrate our heart center, implanting seeds of doubt; convincing us that we are unworthy of our heart’s deepest desires. With each confrontation, with each trigger, our shadows and demons desperately fight for survival. Yet, resistance is futile. Transformation is unrelenting. Transformation will bear witness to one’s inner conflict, to the inner war raging, to the desperate fight for survival; it will allow one to frantically fight the currents of change until submission and surrender are one’s only option. Transformation knows that life’s greatest gifts are found in its ruins; it is only in complete devastation that the Phoenix can rise heroically from the ashes – reborn in its full power.

Transformation will find you. Transformation will break you. Transformation will bury you. Transformation will birth the greatest version of you. You are worthy of your heart and soul’s greatest desires. Allow transformation to release your soul to new heights.
